WARRANTY COVERAGE
Brilliantshowers.com/Steamshowers.net (the "Company”) offers the following express limited warranty to the original purchaser of any Brilliantshowers.com/Steamshowers.net Steam Shower system, or Steam Shower product ("unit”) who purchases the product for personal or single family use ("user”). The Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, the unit or its components in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Units in commercial use are excluded from any warranty coverage whatsoever. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is solely issued to the original purchaser.

TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF STEAM SHOWER SYSTEM
Our limited warranty on Steam Shower products is for ten (10) years. Our warranty covers parts only, including factory-supplied components (e.g., acrylic panels, alloy frames or panels, etc.) against defects in material or workmanship, but does not cover glass/mirror panels, associated labor for repairs or replacements, contractor’s charges for time, removal, reinstallation, consequential damages, glass or acrylic due to negligence or misuse, transportation, or freight charges. Warranty coverage begins on the date the unit was originally purchased by the user.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPONENTS & HARDWARE OF STEAM SHOWER SYSTEM
Our limited warranty on Steam Shower products is for one (1) year. Our warranty covers parts only, including factory-installed components (e.g., glass/mirror panels, pump, motor, generator, valves, etc.) against defects in material or workmanship, but does not cover associated labor for repairs or replacements, contractor’s charges for time, removal, reinstallation, consequential damages, glass or acrylic due to negligence or misuse, transportation, or freight charges. Warranty coverage begins on the date the unit was originally purchased by the user.
NINETY DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES (REPLACEMENT PARTS)
Our limited warranty on the manufacturer’s options and accessories sold by the Company is for ninety (90) days for parts only. Our warranty covers the manufacturer’s options and accessories sold by the Company (e.g., fill spout kits, jets, rainfall showerhead, fittings, accessories, steam generator, keypads, etc) against defects in material or workmanship, but does not cover associated labor for repairs or replacements, contractor’s charges for time, removal, reinstallation, consequential damages, glass or acrylic due to negligence or misuse, transportation, or freight charges. Warranty coverage begins on the date the option or accessory was originally purchased by the user.

THIRTY DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON LIGHT BULBS, ROOF LAMPS, & CONSUMABLE GOODS
Our limited warranty on the manufacturer’s light bulbs, roof lamps, or other consumable goods, sold by the Company is for thirty (30) days. Our warranty covers the manufacturer’s light bulbs, roof lamps, and other consumable goods sold by the Company against defects in material or workmanship, but does not cover associated labor for repairs or replacements, contractor’s charges for time, removal, reinstallation, consequential damages, glass or acrylic due to negligence or misuse, transportation, or freight charges. Warranty coverage begins on the date the light bulbs and roof lamps were originally purchased by the user.


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
Your Steam Shower will remain beautiful for many years if you take care of it. Some waterproofing strips and other seals or gaskets may need to be replaced when they show signs of wear, yellowing, or are not watertight. Refer to the parts list of your manual for all seals. Water conditions in various parts of the country will determine any extra cleaning attention you may have to give your new Steam Shower system. Atlas does not recommend the use of harsh chemical cleansers or abrasive instrument/cleaners on any of its products, as these cleaning methods can damage the finishes on the product and will default warranty coverage.

This unit is meant for indoor use only. The warranty will become null and void if used outdoors.

Our standard warranty covers the following parts, all electrical wiring, heating units, accessories, and computer control panels that originally came with the unit. We guarantee that all our products are free of manufacturing and material defects. We will replace fixtures and parts if they are defective, not the complete unit, glass, or acrylic piece around the fixture/computer. Parts that become defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. The purchaser is responsible for removing the defective parts and returning them to us for repair.

Damaged parts upon arrival will be replaced and shipped via Ground shipping. (if not signed for in good condition - please look at shipping terms). If the customer would like the shipment to be expedited, the customer must be responsible for the additional cost.

For replacement parts under warranty, customer is responsible for shipping.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by owner neglect, abuse, misuse, non-authorized modifications, incorrect installation, or wear and tear attributable to normal product use.

To properly invoke the warranty, the purchaser must possess a sales slip, invoice or delivery receipt, which indicates the date of product purchase.

We will always be here and help you get the parts (at cost) after the factory warranty expires.

Brilliant Showers (Steamshowers.net) will not reimburse any labor costs arising from disassembling or reassembling the unit for replacement or defective purposes. We are also not responsible for routine maintenance, servicing or electrical alterations to the unit's controls.

Any parts that are claimed to be defective must be shipped to Brilliant Showers (Steamshowers.net) via a prepaid freight shipper. The parts must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or other sales proof of purchase information, as well as the sender's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and other pertinent claim information. The repaired or replaced parts will be returned to the unit's owner by collect freight.

The ten-year warranty only applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, if sold. The warranty become void if the purchased unit is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes. In addition, the warranty does not cover claims arising from product misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, improper installation, or hazards of nature, including excessive exposure to heat or fire.

The purchaser is responsible for providing adequate access to the unit's computer, controls, and plumbing, if repairs need to be performed. The warranty does not cover injuries sustained by any person in the course of installing or repairing the unit.

All costs for removing and reinstalling purchased item (including freight charges) shall be at the purchaser's expense.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the package within 24 hours after the unit is delivered to insure there are no damages to the unit. This includes acrylic, glass, and aluminum parts. These parts are not covered after the 24 hours if the customer signed for the unit in good condition. Refer to the Shipping/Terms link for more information on the procedure to check your goods at the time of delivery.

We will not accept any returns/refunds after the unit has been assembled and/or used. If the customer needs a part, we will replace or repair the computerized part (does not included acrylic or glass pieces)

It is the customers responsibility to check if these units will comply with their state and county codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county inspector, please ask them what they require. If you do require an inspection, we recommend the Ameristeam units as they are compliant with ETL(UL) listings. Most Ariel Platinum units also comply with ETL (UL) marks in most states. If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub and it does not pass inspection, we allow returns with the following conditions below. You will be able to return the unit for the purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if in original packaging. If the shower unit or bathtub was opened, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED HEREUNDER) SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. NO LIABILITY SHALL ACCRUE TO BRILLIANT SHOWERS; EXCEPT AS set FORTH WITHIN.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please test all features and components prior to placing the unit in its final location. This is to make sure the unit is operating correctly. (Steam Generator, Whirlpool Pump, Keypad, Lights, Valves, Jets, ETC). You must seal every seam on the unit. First, for every adjoining piece, place silicone on both adjoining pieces, then sandwich the pieces together and screw them together is applicable. (we recommend PolySeamSeal.com, which can be purchased at Home Depot) This creates a great seal and doesn't allow any air or water to flow through if done correctly. After it is done drying, you would seal it again on the interior/exterior once the whole unit is completed. You should seal all areas where you are adjoining glass with aluminum pieces, glass with weather stripping, all jets, screws holes, hoses connected to unit, acrylic with control panel, acrylic with glass, acrylic with aluminum pieces, and base of unit with glass/acrylic top portion of unit. There may be more places depending on units in which you will see. Even though the units are pre-sealed from the factory, it is shipping from China and sometimes the seal is broken during the ocean freight due to humidity and heat within the containers. We suggest re-sealing these parts such as jets, hoses, screws, etc to make sure. Please test the units for leaks before finalizing the installation. We will not accept any returns/refunds after the unit has been assembled and/or used. If the customer needs a part, we will replace or repair the computerized part (does not included acrylic or glass pieces).

An access panel is recommended as in any steam shower unit or whirlpool that you purchase in the market. This allows for you to get access to the parts in case there is a faulty piece or if you need to replace the steam generator in the future.Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges
You can return all items bought from Brilliant Showers within 20 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result with a restocking fee of up to 25%.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied if not returned in good faith (used products, not packaged properly, etc).

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company check.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your order within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. If you choose to cancel the order after this grace period and the order has not been shipped, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.

All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

If an order has been shipped out and you choose to cancel while the order is in transit (the order has shipped from our warehouse), you will have to pay for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 15%.

Shipping

Depending on the shower, tub, or product you purchased, your unit will be shipped in 2-4 palletized wooden crates which will protect your unit from damage. These crates will fit through any standard door. We ship our units via freight truck within the continental United States. Shipping outside the continental US will incur additional fees.

We will ship your unit out approximately 3 business days after your initial order depending on availability. You should receive your unit within 7-10 business days after leaving our warehouse considering there are no delays with the shipping company or with any weather conditions. All shipments will be curbside delivery only. Please make sure you have some help when accepting this shipment.
Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages immediately. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING AND KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately contact us for more information. Also we will need you to fax the copy of the delivery receipt to 714-622-1559. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition at the time of delivery. When a shipment has been signed for as being in good condition at the time of delivery, there is no way we can process the insurance claim with the freight company if there is no signature, or if you signed the delivery receipt without any notation of damages (which means you received it in good condition). We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. We must receive the original unit back before sending out a new unit. After writing "damaged" on the delivery bill of lading, you have 24 hours to open all the boxes and check the inside for any damages and report the contents that are damaged to the freight company first, then us. They need documentation that the damage was due to carrier negligence, even if this was concealed damages (outside of the box may be in good condition, but the contents inside may be damaged). Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable. If you see any damages to the contents, please refuse the box only, not the whole unit. Also a punctured cardboard box does not mean the unit is damaged, please look inside the box at that location to make sure the parts are in good condition. If it is, then please keep the box/crate.

Toilets must be opened immediately for inspection. If there is any kind of damage, refuse the delivery. If you signed for the toilet, you are accepting the unit in good condition and we would not be able to send a replacement since the freight company would not be able to file a claim.

PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, THE INSPECTOR WILL NEED TO COME AND INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO SEE HOW DAMAGED IT IS AND WHAT THEY ARE ABLE TO FILE ON THE CLAIM. IF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING ARE MISSING, THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE SINCE IT CAN'T BE PROVEN THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES WITHOUT SEEING THE CRATE/BOX.

It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter. If the package is damaged, refuse only the box that is damaged. If you found out the contents were damaged after the driver has left, you have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse.

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS TO OPEN UP YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE INSTALLING THE UNIT. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the 24 hrs after delivery. We recommend that you do this the same day in case the driver can come back and note the damages on the receipt.

ALL "FACTORY DEFECTS" MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE; OTHERWISE, THEY WILL FALL INTO THE PART WARRANTY REPAIR CATEGORY.
If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject to availability. Again, if one crate is damaged, please just refuse the damaged crate back, not the entire unit.
Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability, freight company problems, or weather conditions
